Governor Quinn In Litchfield To Sign Two Veterans Bills

(Litchfield)--Governor Pat Quinn was in Litchfield Thursday to sign two veterans bills into law. The first bill, House Bill 6103, states veterans who receives services from a state mental health facility will not be charged for services covered by their existing insurance plan. The second law signed woudl allow veterans fishing and hunting licenses free of charge. Governor Pat Quinn explains.
