Carlinville Man Dies in Accident

A Carlinville man was killed Saturday morning in a roll over accident near Carlinville.

According to the Macoupin County Sheriff‘s Office, 21 year old Dustin Hainsfurther was westbound on Moore Cemetery Road when he lost control of the 2003 Nissan that he was driving around 2:00am. The vehicle traveled off of the road, rolled an unknown number of times and the driver was ejected before the vehicle came to rest on its passenger side.

Brad Targhetta, Macoupin County Coroner, pronounced Hainsfurther dead at the scene at 4:00am.
