(Hillsboro)--A 37 year old Hillsboro woman was sentenced to fifteen and a half years for the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, heroin. According to the Montgomery County States Attorneys Office, Elizabeth Willis was also ordered to pay a one thousand dollar fine, one thousand dollar drug assessment, plus court costs.
