Carrollton Woman is Missing

Police are searching for an elderly woman who has been missing since Tuesday night.

Betty Short, 85, of Carrollton, was last seen driving a white, 2008 Chevrolet Impala with the license plate number RS 2302. She was last spotted Wednesday heading east on Illinois Route 16 near Jerseyville.

Anyone with information on Betty Short's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Green County Sheriff's office at 217-942-6901.
