Now Showing, the Covid Vaccine

Sat, 03 Apr 2021 09:30:48 CDT
The Litchfield Skyview Drive In is once again open this weekend showing the latest movies from Hollywood but the last drive-in in America on Route 66 has proven to be a retro attraction that doesn't seem ready to pass into the sands of time. It has proven to be a versatile public gathering place in these Covid domianted times. Another chapter begins Tuesday as the Montgomery County Health Dept will shift gears from reaching out to those seeking the vaccine to taking appointments.   They will host a vaccination clinic during matinee hours Tuesday from 8:30 until 1.   The vaccine being used will be Moderna. The clinic will be for administration of first doses for those 18 and Older. 400 doses will be given. Vaccinations will be given in the vehicle. There is a mandatory 15 minute monitoring period after the vaccination. Just like a movie you have to book your showtime, in this case shot time with preregistration required, just click below. https://events.juvare.com/IL-IDPH/7249dd08-82c6-4147-9bd9-fe213ea971ea/?fbclid=IwAR3RfQjPZ_TL5ZkysIzI0coSNmJGUBG8DcJxIhJhZv8TKJN4rybWHSTK5LE
