Macoupin Moderna First Dose Clinic April 13

Macoupin County Public Health Department is announcing that a Moderna first dose vaccine clinic will be held on Tuesday, April 13 in the Gillespie Civic Center. This clinic is for Macoupin County residents 18 years of age and older only. To register go to the Macoupin County Public Health website- mcphd.net.

Upon successful completion of your registration, you will see a confirmation message. Print off the pdf as instructed on the screen. Bring your QR code with you to the vaccine clinic. They will ask you for your QR code at the door when you first arrive.

When you arrive at the door, you must show an Illinois driver's license or Illinois photo ID to confirm Macoupin County residency. If you cannot show residency you will not receive a vaccine.
