Auburn Man Dead After Train/Pedestrian Incident

An Auburn man has been identified as the victim of Friday night’s fatal train-pedestrian accident at Route 104 and Kennedy. Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon reports 46-year-old Michael Ursch was pronounced dead at the scene just after 11:30 p.m. An autopsy for Ursch is scheduled for today. Thes death remains under investigation by the Sangamon County Coroner's Office and the Auburn Police Department.
