Montgomery County Bicentennial Meeting/T-shirts

Final preparations continue for the Montgomery County Bicentennial. The Bicentennial Committee meets tonight and welcomes the public to join the discussion. The meeting will take place at 6pm this (Wednesday May 19th) evening at 6:00 at the County Fairgrounds in Butler. They will meet in front of the Arts and Crafts building. The Montgomery County Bicentennial t-shirts are now available for order. They are yellow with blue printing. Please go to this website montco.spiritsale.com where you can view the front and back of the t-shirts. You can also order your shirt online using that site. Sizes are unisex and range from small through 3XL. Because of delivery delays in getting the t-shirts, Tammi at Tee Shirts Ink would like to have all the orders in ASAP. All t-shirts are $15 including tax. You can pay online with a credit card. If you prefer, you can pay by check; please make your check out to Patty Whitworth and she will pay her with one large check (this is at her request). She would like to order all of the shirts by next Tuesday. They will probably be ready on June 1st, and the Fairgrounds committee can pick all of them up and bring them to the fairgrounds on June 2nd when they begin their set-up process. You are welcome to pick yours up at the shop if they are ready before then.
