Montgomery County Health Expands Covid Vaccine Opportunities

The Montgomery County Health Department will be holding COVID-19 vaccination clinics every Monday and Thursday at its Hillsboro office, located at 11191 Illinois Route 185, beginning Thursday, June 3rd. Clinic hours will be 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Pre-registration is NOT required. All three vaccines will be available: Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. If you have an insurance card please bring it with you. If you don't, it's no problem. These are walk-in clinics, but if curbside service is needed it is available. Just call the Health Department when you arrive and say that you are there for a shot and you would like to stay in your vehicle. Please call MCHD at 217-532-2001 with any questions.


We will be having a drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Farmersville on Thursday, June 3rd from 5-7 pm. Pre-registration is NOT required. The clinic will be located on S. East Street, next to City Park, All three vaccines will be available: Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. Please bring your insurance card with you if you have one. If you don't, it's no problem. If you have any questions please call the Health Department Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, at 217-532-2001.

We will also have a booth at the Montgomery County Bicentennial Celebration at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Butler from 11-7 next Saturday, 6/5. All three vaccines will be available there also and pre-registration is NOT required.
