Northbound I-55 traffic is slowed just a mile north of the Montgomery County Line. It's unclear what law enforcement activity is occuring in the area. Media reports of a shots fired or shooting have been rolled back. State Police are assembled at mile post 78. At last report, traffic was backed up for some three miles into Montgomery County.
