A fifth grade Beckemeyer student who was in attendance on Monday and Tuesday tested positive for COVID on Wednesday. Contact tracing identified 9 close contacts at school. 3 will need to quarantine due to being close contacts while eating lunch without masks. The other 6 have elected to participate in our Test to Stay protocol. All six were tested today and received negative results. Per the recommended protocol, these students will be tested every other day during a 10-day watch period.
