DeVore v. Hillsboro Schools

Sorento based attorney Tom DeVore, a resident of the Hillsboro School District, took the district to court in a bid to allow a student under quarantine to return to class. That case was heard Friday morning, September 3rd in Montgomery County Court, and a temporary restraining order was issued allowing the student to return under what proponents call a right to learn case. Devore waged a similar successful fight recently in Clinton County’s Carlyle School District.
