According to a preliminary investigation, the minivan was traveling south on 1800 Christian County Road, and the train was parallel to Route 16. Arrest warrants were issued Wednesday for Ryan Payne, 38, of Hillsboro, and William Hirsch, 50, of Coffeen. One person is dead following a single vehicle accident Friday north of Modesto. According to Illinois State Police, 27 year old Mason Dougherty of Kane was driving a 2003 Chevrolet SUV southbound of Rt. 111 when the vehicle left the roadway at 8:30am.
