Nokomis residents should be prepared to be without water for several hours today after the city experienced a major water line break this morning. Authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occurred last Thursday evening at a convenience store near Greenville. According to the Greenville Police, three black suspects allegedly made off with an undisclosed amount of cash from CC Food Mart on Route 127 south of Greenville. Irving man killed by drunk driver

An Irving man was killed Saturday night just before 9 o'clock while walking on Pine Street near the intersection of Franklin Street in Irving. 51 year old Michael Adams was pronounced dead at the scene by the the Montgomery County Coroner's office, after being struck by a vehicle driven by 20 year old Shane Green of Irving.
