Litchfield Council Rejects Water, Sewer Rate Increase

On Thursday evening, the Litchfield City Council voted against an ordinance that would have increased water and sewer rates for 2018-19 and 2019-20. Man Arrested in Hillsboro for Possession of Stolen Property

A Decatur man was arrested in Hillsboro Friday morning for possession of stolen property. Javier Rich, 32, was cited for burglary to a motor vehicle, obstructing justice and possession of stolen property.
