Bethalto Marine Dies From Injuries Suffered In Afghanistan

(Bethalto)--A Marine from Bethalto has died from injuries suffered while fighting in Afghanistan earlier this month. 23 year old Lance Corporal Kenny Corzine suffered serious arm injuries, and lost both of his legs after being hit by an improvised explosive device on December 5th. (Hillsboro)--Charges have been filed in Monday‘s shooting death of a Ramsey man. The Montgomery County States Attorney‘s Office announced that 19 year old Cody Johnston of Shelbyville was charged with aggravated battery with a firearm, and unlawful restraint in connection to the death of 50 year old John Russell of Ramsey. (Litchfield)--Schutt Sports will sell most of its assets to Delaware based Kranos Intermediate Holding Corporation for over thirty three million dollars.
